sorry it is hard to read this week :) 
S: Frozen homemade enchiladas
S: grilled pork tenderloin ( i ended up roasting it), asparagus, broccoli and baked potatoes
M: grilled chicken (or lemon chicken picata), broccoli, carrots, mashed or roasted potatoes
T & W: josh is out of town- overnight egg bake and fruit 
R: grilled steaks, marinated tomatoes, baked potatoes or reds 
F: ground beef tacos? tilapia? out?
