🥕 Honey-Roasted Carrots
Ingredients (serves 4):

1 lb carrots, peeled & cut into sticks

1–2 Tbsp olive oil

1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)

Salt & pepper

Optional: pinch of fresh thyme or parsley
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Toss carrots with olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.

Roast 20–25 minutes, flipping once, until caramelized.

Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
