honey roasted carrots

 

🥕 Honey-Roasted Carrots

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 1 lb carrots, peeled & cut into sticks

  • 1–2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)

  • Salt & pepper

  • Optional: pinch of fresh thyme or parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Toss carrots with olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Roast 20–25 minutes, flipping once, until caramelized.

  4. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
