tacos!

 tacos are one of my ALL time favorite go-to meals! 

this is the ground beef variation- 

NEED: 

  • 1 lb burger
  • taco seasoning packet- IF you are LOW FODMAP, i highly recommend this taco seasoning

DO: 

  • heat a frying pan over medium heat, add 1 lb burger 
  • let it sear a little bit, then stir every little bit until all of the meat is browned and cooked through 
  • if there is extra grease, use a spoon to scoop it out (put in an old jar to throw away later or in a mug until cooled, then throw away. 
  • Add 1 packet of taco seasoning and the water (per directions) 
  • Stir, cook the few minutes (per directions) 
  • Serve with taco fixings of your choice!
