easiest recipe ever!
NEED:
- 2 cups rice (i prefer jasmine. regular white is okay too)
- 1 1/2 cup water or chicken broth
- 1 cup salsa
- salt
DO:
- rinse rice until runs clear
- add rice, water/broth to instapot, and stir gently
- put salsa on top (do not stir)
- cook on high 10 minutes, natural release 10 minutes
- season with salt to taste
if you are low fodmap, try this salsa in your recipe!
no instapot? use the stove top!

- bring to a boil over medium-high, then reduce heat to low
- cover tightly with a lid, simmer 18-20 minutes (rice will be tender, liquid absorbed)
- fluff with a fork, salt to taste
