i do not like how leafy/delicate green veggies can get moist when prepped ahead. i have found that with a little bit of paper towel, they can last longer in the fridge!
TO STORE:
leafy green veggies i use this technique with:
- bok choy
- green onion
- lettuce
- cabbage
- broccoli
- line a bowl with a paper towel
- add some of the veggie
- add another paper towel
- put the rest of the veggie
- add a paper towel to the top
- put the lid on
- put in the fridge
