NEED:
- 4 pork chops -boneless- 3/4 to 1 inch thick
- oil, salt, pepper
- optional: bbq sauce
DO:
- preheat grill
- rub with olive oil.
- sprinkle with salt, black pepper
- grill on medium high- approximately 5 minutes each side, flip once
- cook until internal temp is at least 145, then rest 3-5 minutes (this helps juices redistribute and increase the tastiness!)
