burgers

 we love a good burger at our house! 



NEED: 

  • 1 lb ground beef 
  • dash of soy sauce 
  • dash of A1 
  • dash of worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper 
  • buns (regular, pretzel, etc) 
  • burger toppings! (cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, pickles, etc)

DO: 

  • preheat grill 
  • in a larger bowl, mix the ground beef with the soy sauce, A1, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper (do not overmix- just enough to combine) 
  • form 4 patties- shape them gently with your hands, press down more in the middle than the outer edges 
  • grill the burgers (about 5 minutes on each side) (160 is done/well done) 
  • serve
NO GRILL? 
  • use directions above but cook in a large skillet or grill pan on the stove
  • do not crowd the pan
